How does the process work?
After you contact us, we will set up a free initial consultation to understand your needs. Next we develop a proposal for you. The proposal contains a recap of your objective, the project objective, an outline of project tasks and timing, and a cost estimate. Once both parties have signed the proposal, we get started!
Who will work on my project?
Your proposal will include who will work on your project. In most cases, your project will be handled by Susan Jefferson, the owner of HighGear Solutions. One of our strengths is that we are purposefully small so that you get the attention you deserve.
How long will it take?
It depends on the nature of the project but we are used to working on tight timetables. Just let us know if you have any time constraints and we will work within them.
What will it cost?
It depends on the nature of the project. As you might expect, shorter, less complex projects cost less than longer, involved projects. For every project, we provide you with an estimated cost as part of the project proposal. Of course, to prepare the proposal we have to first understand the parameters of the project.
